Dislikedmore - like PA I traded the aud/usd for years got to know it well I only traded the aud/usd after I got to know it pretty well I moved on to other pairs slowly , the key was learning one pair only , the next thing I learnt never go against a trend I got burnt when I did that's why the bigger time frames are important for trends lesson learnt the hard way , the swaps came next when on a 10cent trade I made a profit but the swap ate most of it up if holding a few days was disappointed when I made 11.12 and swap was -$5.30 , aud negative swap at the...Ignored
Disliked{quote} If you use swap as a base for a trade, how did you trade AUD for the last 2 years, when it was falling? And why do you say - never go against the trend if the trend for AUD is DOWN and positive swaps are on the way UP? DislikedHi Everyone: Do you think AUSSIE will reduce interest rate or launch some QEs tonight/tomorrow morning?Ignored
Disliked{quote} Are you kidding me? The RBA does not do "QE" full stop. And they are not going to drop rates today either.Ignored
Disliked{quote} Not sure why you are so sure there won't be a cut in interest rates today (you used guaranteed in other thread) when futures pricing has it as 53% chance http://www.asx.com.au/data/trt/TargetRateTracker.htm I get your opinion that they will save their bullets for if/when Australia loses AAA credit rating but with our current interest rates a 25pt cut today would not preclude further cut/s if/when our credit rating is downgraded. With RBA decision and budget release price movement will be more volatile.Ignored
