Hello, and welcome to My Trading Journal!!!
I go by ZSI around here. I've traded demo on and off for the last year or so, and recently decided to put some money into a micro account to get things rolling. At first, things went pretty well until I lost. I got emotional and tried to play catch-up. I'm sure just about everyone here understands what that's like.
I went back to demo to get my confidence back. I took a $5,000 demo account to $10,000() about a dozen times over the last year, but the pressure of dealing with real money, my money, is very different.
So I have decided to start with real money again, but to keep things real, I'm starting slow. I put $25 into my micro account, and started trading just 1 micro-lot. My daily target is 20 pips, and an increase of 1 micro-lot per day. While the Risk % isn't what I would like it to be, this is only to phase me into trading comfortably with my money.
My Near-Term Goal is to grow my account from $50 to $2000 by the end of January.
I have re-formatted my reporting to have Monday as Day 1, and Sunday Midnight as the end of Day 5... how I counted days before confused me.
