DislikedNot a master here, but 100% agree whit seb. the level above is the base of the spike [maybe you wonna take a look at this article (http://www.nobrainertrades.com/2009/06/spike-base-pattern.html)], and that type of level quite often react; and have some history too. Generally speaking that spike whit huge momentum, for what i have learned, tend to be filled soon or later, but that spike looks like a reaction to a previous one.

Dislikedhi MM, with all due respect I didn't accuse him of anything nor did i say anything bad about him, it was just so obvious from his videos that he studied the PIE. Also, I liked his videos cuz it includes everything been taught/discussed in the three threads PIE/RTP/PIE Chat room otherwise I wouldn't have posted it here.

On the right side of attached gold chart there is a marked demand zone, this zone was very clear and strong demand twice. One time to leave the zone at (A), another one as retest as a spike at (B). What do you think traders did when it came back at (C)? They bought it. Well it happens that it was not the good thing to do here so they got trapped at (C). When price came back near their order price at (D) they could get out of their longs...Ignored
