I agree with hollowhead and am beginning to trade from his perspective. However, old habits are hard to break and I still find myself observing support/resistance and trend lines.

Disliked{quote} ONLY common use indicators confuse traders, candlestick patterns, etc ... everything works to some extent, until it fails Most of you use S/R, Fibonacci, RSI, Stochastics, etc which at some point fail. Have you ever seen a professional trader screen? Among stochastics and other indicators there is always something else which probably passed unobserved by most of you who have seen such a screen.Ignored

Disliked...... doesnīt trade the current price but waits for a oppurtunity. Dislikedhello exchange, I now understand since u dont use mt4 but for charting. There is only one thing i can think of which helps u stay out of range and would give you good knowledge of participation, and that would be some type of volume indication. When u see pickup in volume you know there is participation and the market should be moving, and maybe if you see some reversal action with volume it is informing you of exit. I have never dug into the volume data but I think this is where it maybe leading. Quite interested.Ignored
