Disliked{quote} Many of you, use resistance and support, supply and demand zones. Z1p, with your permission I will use the image you posted previously. Referring to the redish rectangle drawn by z1p as an importance area. {image} WHY DOES RESISTANCE/SUPPORT WORK SOMETIMES? (but not always)Ignored

DislikedIn short support and resistance work when the big boys defend that area with buy or sell orders. One thing to keep in mind is to identify where the dumb money tends to gather with either stop loss orders or breakout orders. Big boys need liquidity, large groups of orders to trade against so they will spike a level to take out stops and trigger breakout pending orders. The more a level is hit the weaker it becomes and is subject to a break and retest. The strongest levels are fresh levels where price is returning for the first time after traveling...Ignored
Disliked
{quote}

U excluded timeframe. As I see u have said it should work on all timeframes. I see price making higher highs higher lows then price breaks down for lower low and r etraces then continues down.Ignored
DislikedHi Overall I believe the market is all about balance and imbalance. Take anything in life it likes to live in balance and if out of balance will always seek rebalance, markets and price are no different. In my opinion the market tends to be consolidation most of the time, a healthy balance ( not what we speculative traders like and find it frustrating). Whilst the market in in this consolidation mode there develops another type of imbalance - order/volume build up, similar to a coil being tightened, it must be released. This release will move the...Ignored
Disliked{quote} Very well said. Actually you have mentioned it all and this is how the markets work as big boys have a much clearer picture and at the same time all the data available with them which shows buy / sell orders , pending orders, stop loss placed and other orders which do get executed when they move the markets. So it is very difficult to trade against them as they spike the markets with billions or trillions even and can move markets where they want to and it is always the small retail trader who gets slaughtered in the process and only few...Ignored
Disliked{quote} Also, nice going. Even if we do not see all the orders or have the insight that big players have, which is an advantage over us common traders, we have something else they cannot take awayIgnored
DislikedMaybe there is an indicator but I doubt it can be very very accurate as long as we don't have access to tier 1 prices. Actually, like I said, my strategy is based on other things not indicators. Some of you are using a few indicators from metatrader but you are not told how to use the indicators . Do you think the banks and big players want you to make money? I don't think so. That is why I don't want my identity revealed here, publicly, and I will only take a few students. And of course, if I would let everyone know market secrets, how...Ignored
