Hi Everyone,
The only focus for folks on FF are trading systems LOL. sad but true.
I hope people to share here how they keep organized.. I noticed I miss some setups just because it is overwhelming at how many chart one needs to look at.(there are also different TFs for each chart)
Would love to hear different routines from folks. Being prepared is number 1 in trading. So how do you do that?
I usually run through all charts every evening and mark areas of interest. Next morning I scan quickly if anything changed. I used to have market overview profile with all charts and another profile if setups that might occur today.
A bit messy I'll say.
After finding some trade I prepare trading plan as far as entries, exits, TPs, position size etc.
If I get my entries I write it down to a excel book. After trade is over I take screenshots and save it to my journal. (as far as recording trades I do just technicals... anyone writes notes about fundamentals?)
But still I missed a few trades last week and the week before. If anyone has some nice tricks/software/indicators/reminder to keep organized and approach it as systematically as possible would be nice to hear!
Please focus on issue rather your trading style. If you're a scalper or trend follower you still need preparation... Tell us how you do it.
If there are veteran traders out there please share your experience also
Cheers,
arsa
