DislikedHi everyone, I found most session boxes indicators buggy and confusing, so I decided to write my own. The indicator draws boxes around market sessions. Please read the readme, indicator "Inputs" tab and/or comments in the sourcecode before asking questions. Screenshots below show a weekly H1 chart with all sessions enabled (default colours and range above the boxes), and all default settings{image} {image}{image}{image} ---::: README :::--- - all settings can be changed in "Inputs" tab when adding the indicator or in the sourcecode (check sourcecode...Ignored
Disliked{quote} I have two problems with it: - Can not disable the box on H4 chart - I have to refresh (change TF) otherwise the box location is incorrect when I open my MT4 Hope to see for your feedback... Thank again for your contribution!!Ignored

DislikedHi Timginter Thanks !!! for shareing this indicator .Very useful indicator .Ignored
DislikedSession range in pips is not being displayed. Using MT4 V4 build 765. Checked foreground colour of chart and ShowRange=true. Anyway to fix that? Great indicator.Ignored
Dislikedtimginter: LOVE the indicator!!! Thank you for creating it and maintaining it for all of us...your time is appreciated!!Ignored
Disliked{quote}Thanks I'm glad you like it Thanks for reporting an issue, too. What happened at 2pm PST? Is there some time change where you live or where your broker is? Or in Sydney? Did all of the boxes move or just the Sydney one? You can manually modify the boxes with "(...)Mod" variables (check the readme please), so a value of "1,1" would move the beginning and the end by one hour to the right. Let me know how I can recreate the situation or describe it as detailed as possible and I'll think of something to fix itIgnored
DislikedKarado I would presume the indi draws boxes from close of previous session rather than beginning It also ends sessions one candle earlier. Since you have period separator enabled, it is easy to see the same effect a day earlier. Given server time of your broker, MT4 draws roll into a new day at 5 pm EST but the indi draws it it candle earlier. It likely affects all sessions and it must be something easy to fix in code.Ignored
DislikedThank you so much for this Tim! Just what I needed, simple and elegantIgnored

Disliked{quote} Hi Grin, I think you may be right, here is another 2 charts. Chart 1: Market close on Friday where Sessions has NY closing one bar early and Sydney beginning 24 hours early Chart 2: Sydney open after weekend and Sessions shifted forward 1 hour and is now corrected Not a big deal, but it would be nice to correct this if possible. Is this a setting I can adjust myself...Ignored
