Trading is not about just jumping in to make up for losses, you need a trade plan with rule to follow!! And stick to them...

Let me give few ideas – this is from helping a few people. Please do not take any comments as harsh but I’m only trying to help
Trading plan, trading rules, patience, psychological – these are the words you have used.
Tell me how much of the thread have you have read? If I asked you what strategies you follow – what would you answer?

Problem is sometimes I don't follow my plan and get very upset when I do this. I had already closed my platform before my
last two losses, but I reopened it, and placed them. Sometimes I can't believe what I do.
