How you use the stochastics? ... the alwas seem to be on overboght or oversold areas when the tdi crosses.

From comments and questions on this thread it is clear that some of you are either not Back Testing or not compiling Statistical Information from your Back Testing. Every time you back test you should record the information, WHY? because the market dynamics change constantly and your back test results will differ now from what you had 3 months ago. If you are not sure how big a stop loss you should have, your back test should tell you, is your trailing strategy not working, your back test should tell you why not. You should build a data base similar...
Really inspiring , now i am more motivated to follow this SSS system. It is really really best one i have ever seen.

One question i have , this back testing is applied to which pair ?? and also is these are your executed trades fully following this system ? ( if my question seems silly then don't mind , i am new to this thread )

For those interested thought id share the use of an indicator that may help others with entries and seeing 123 patterns.

See the chart and the coloured dots, if followed by a TDI cross I enter (which by the way it always is). If you compare the dots with any successful trade chart (eg Phx's and Dee's great ones) you will notice how the dots point to good entries often a couple of bars before the TDI cross.

Downside: the indicator repaints, so used in isolation it can lead to you being the wrong side of price movement, but if used as an early...
You will see a similar correlation to Fractals, however 2 issues with fractals - they are only set after the 3rd candle following a H/L (so you will not see them on the live charts until the move has occurred), so are only useful in looking at old patterns from a hindsight / backtesting perspective and not all fractals are followed by a TDI cross.

One thing that you do see from this chart is that when a H/L is set (which eventualy generates a fractal) and is followed by an APB colour change, there is usually a TDI cross.

All this goes to show is that the Big E approach to watching for TDI crosses and APB colour changes confirmed by PA is still one of the best signals that you will ever see.

Hi room,

My 3rd trade, 2 entry.

1. EU - longing. Entry based on Hr4 as what BigE method is. My Entry abit late. But since both TF showing sign, I jump both.
2. UJ - Shorting. Entry time together with EU. abit late.

And this time, I'm no greedy setting TP to 30pips + spreads for both pairs.

EU exit with +30pips excluding spread.
UJ still running.

Newbie made two trades on microaccount

By the way, I place orders on different platform, and try to set them on demo MT4 aswell so that I can share them here. Did not make a GU trade on demo though, so just a poor visualizaion of the trade can be found below.

EURJPY 1Hr

Thought it will work...

Triple topw ith TDI cross. Price was penetrating fib of the major move down just to reverse. Next time ill wait for div and will not play with EMA200. Can you indicate any other matters that should be taken into account here?

GBPUSD H1

TDI was far from being good, yet, I found this price pattern really reliabel. Double high with friday's low. Gap closed, price can continue downtrend. The best I can do for now is 1:1 risk-reward, took profits just above round number.

Cheers!
M.

Guys, what do you think of shorting EU? Pullback candles reversing off EMA200 and golden Fib from last major move down. Daily ATR(14)=110, today is 140.

Cheers,
M.

But your charts are very different from his template. For example , in your charts the candles are standard ( normally used candle chart ) and also there is no TDI.
Would you explain how you are using it ?

EJ H1 today......a really nice trade based on price action, TDI and helped by news.....I have the M15 and the H1 charts open on my computer when trading....I was watching price test the high of the London session and the high of the channel pointed out by Dee in post 10,408....price tested 3 times on the M15 chart, so when I got a good signal to enter short, I did so on a break of the low of the previous 2 M15 candles with a 50 pip SL and a 100 pip TP. The TDI had already crossed on the M15 and was about to cross on the H1....price fell like a rock and broke thru the H1 200EMA, the M15 200EMA, 2 daily resistance lines (the 1st daily resistance line slowed price a bit but the H1 did not close a blue candle....so I stayed in) and finally, even the H4 200EMA.....once price pulled thru the H1 200EMA I removed my TP.......I finally exited the trade at the bottom of the channel pointed out by Dee....price continued down for another 57 pips below the channel before reversing but I was already out with +325 pips......that trade plus the 50 pip trade earlier in the day made for a nice start to the week........

EDIT: not shown on charts below......
Re-entered again short at 121.07 and currently have another 135 pips locked in and price is still moving down with no closed blue candles for an exit......
EDIT2:
trailing SL hit for +135.
