4 digit ECN or Low Spread Broker!

Hi, i am looking for a low spread broker with 4 digits ONLY.. i am not interested in 5 digits at the moment. By Low Spread i Mean EUR/USD no more than 1 pip spread. Usually ECNs have that but i am strictly seeking 4 digit broker.. If you can point in right direction, will appreciate. thx.
Futures on the CME is the only one i know, even EBS is on half pips on most pairs nowadays. But low spread ecn and full pip pricing is mutually exclusive anyways. 1 pip is not a low spread in eur/usd anymore (on ecns).
thx for the reply. Yes i understand ECN is usually 5 digits. hmmm Any broker out there with 4 digits and spread just 1 pip. I heard Admiral Markets is but doesn't accept US/Canadian customers i understand US but why canada discriminated NOW? pisses me off.
fxpro`s ecn ctrader,
eurusd,gbpusd,audusd,usdchf,usdcad, nzdusd : 5digits.
the rest 4 digits.
usdjpy,eurjpy,gbpjpy:3 digits.
audjpy,nzdjpy,cadjpy,chfjpy....:2 digits.

FX Pro before ECN was a bucket shop, why would you give them your money, I don't know.

Got to ask, why only 4 digits? Wouldn't it make more sense to go with 5 digit quotes as opposed to 4?
Anyone know about 5 digit fix spread broker?
