Objective :To develop new method which is suit my personality.No holy Grail ..but want to win Big, play safe ,no more uncertainty ,waiting for big chance and do the ALL-In just like holding a Straight Flush/Royal Flush card formation for Poker game!

About SONS (works for GBPJPY)

"SONS"= Strike or No Strike !

No element of "i think ...,No indicator..all the way by naked eye!"

One thing that our mind loves to do is predicting the next events using Previous Events and Data
(Represent by indicators).
Our mind is used to do that. And when we start learning and trading Forex, it will do it more because we “think” that prediction is an important part of forex trading,no by trading system shows on the Charts.
You should learn to ignore your mind predictions and see only something that is In Front oF Your Eyes. You see the chart. Plot your lines. Analyze the market movements and if there is a trade setup, you take the position. If there is no trade setup, you just shift to another chart or currency pair.
" This is taking an action based on some rules and signals.Like when you drive. If you see a red light, you stop. If you see a green light, you move."
Core of Technical Analysis

Reason on choose GBPJPY:
========================
"GBP/JPY :king of the currency pairs for private forex traders. Reasons:it is so volatile and strong. Its trading signals are Sharp and Strong (Easy to form chart pattern) and it has a wide movement scale."

P/s:Only use FXCM Metatrader 4 broker for providing more sharp and accurate signals.Please leave a comment if you found out that any broker that providing signal as good as FXCM broker.


How is this method works:
1)Setting :-
Download files,follows instructions.
2)Creates 3 chart for GJ, 1 chart for H4, 2 chart for H1 using template that i prepared.
H4 Chart
H1 Chart (Auto Pivot Plotter)
H1 Chart (FiboPiv--Seldom to use ,but i will explain this in future post)

3)Implement it !
Step 1.H4 Chart
Identify formation of Double Bottom/Triple, R H@S or Double Top/Triple Top, H@S ONLY!! (in this case, double bottom)
P/s :Trend can be more confirm by using rectangular/flag/pennant/triangle
Tips: It is possible that distance in between the peak of doubles are more than 23 hours/24 hours/1day.

Step 2:
Switching H4 chart to H1 Chart (by pressing candle button +H1 button)




Step 4:Compare it with another H1 chart (Auto Pivot Plotter) and using trend lines to draw flat lines for double bottom(in this case)
Tips: It is possible that distance in between the peak of doubles are more than 23 hours/24 hours/1day.
Triple top/bottom +Head & Shoulder (Refer to diagram below)

Step 5:Use pivot +7Eleven (8-11candle ~ confirmation can be done after 12 noon each day) to identify possible entries ~
Entries can be done after 2.30pm (Malaysia time +8)
But how??: Double/Triple Bottom +R H&S :Make sure candle from 8am to 11am are ABOVE pivot point.Even One single candle with wick of candle touch pivot or crossing pivot point also consider VOID.
Double/Triple Top + H&S :Make sure candle from 8am to 11am are BELOW pivot point.Even One single candle with wick of candle touch pivot or crossing pivot point also consider VOID.

Non Farm Payroll news @ 1st week Friday.No trade

How to take profit?:
1.Simple Take Profit method (STPM) :"Profit for ?? lots =Margin Requirement for ?? lots -->Exits for sure !"
Example 1:
Margin Requirement :USD 750k ..Profit must max USD 750k ...!Remember ~play safe!
2.NO MORE Trade before Non Farm Payroll happens!

Simple metatrader statement for few weeks or for many days ...

why the statement?
because the most important is to know where the system can lose, where the trader can use his trading skills instead of the system rules.

Am curious to see if this can happen in real time. You'd certainly have to have a gift for recognizing patterns. Though the facebook page suggests this guy works for a bank? Obviously code-savy.

Just look at facebook and can not find the statement ... just screenshots only: deposit is for few millions dollars, lot size = 500 wth 1,7K free margin ...
I will never have deposit 17 millions ... if you can deposit 17,000,000 dollars so ... you should still have few billions ... hope - it is real trading (not demo account), right?

Just for you info,as my objective stated that I'm developing it with some criteria(It mean i 'm using demo account to develop something new for testing.). This method can be apply with starting capital of USD100,USD1K,USD10K or USD100k for your account.Based on my experience ,in Forex..if you want to play safe ,you will having very less trades in a months(about 3-6 trades)with less profit and small starting capital (with 1pips= approx. USD1 depends on account size offered by different brokers. ) That is why i starting a account with big capital, and I'm a risk taker by using up 40% capital for my accounts and test it to the limit.Thanks for the comments~
For doing entries for real account, currently i 'm doing my best to raise my fund of USD10k for trading.

Can i know "real time" mean using real account to trade? Is that possible for Mr brucewhain to explain what is mean also for "code-savy"? thanks ~

Would think you could spare me explaining code-savy, suffice it to say it is something I am not. The counterintuitive trade you started out with certainly makes a great impression, i mean we're all slobbering. ('course most everyone i bet saw it as a topping pattern, but expected it to go up anyway.) Likewise some of the trades on the facebook page, are impressive, but if your planning to make about six trades a month at high leverage, well you have to be like a Kamakazi pilot to do it. Some traders are that way and it's to their benefit. Me I'd be wringing my hands and checking the account.

I don't believe there's much difference between live and demo, it might be for some people more nervous than me. Like you say it depends if your sure of yourself, and you seem to be. The reason I, and probably everyone else, am interest in this thread is because we'd like to be able to recognise chart patterns with such consistency too. I like the idea of drawing a comparison bet. the required margin and and trade profit as well. Will be interested to hear some more about it. B.

Hello Mr Brucewhain :thanks for your comments.I'm glad that somebody like Mr Bruce are interesting on my method since this post just started 2 days ago. The SONS method are suitable for a daily shift worker like me (working night shift,noon shift and morning shift). In this case ,i really don't want to spent so much of time in front of my laptop.Based on my observation , only 2 to 3pm is a best time for me to enter the market.In one months,i can only enter the market 3-6 times.But it is better because currently not false signal until now.It is save for my to enter market with more than 10 entries.
P/s :Maybe my English level are not so advance,so it take time from me to understand some statement that you posted on..Please forgive me if i interpret it wrongly ~

Sounds pretty advanced to me. You may know my Malaysian languages skill are not quite up to snuff at this stage. Looking forward to hearing about SONS system.

Dear all that i concern,I would like to informed that due to uncertainties that happens on GJ market (including bank holiday on 25 December) in the end of December 2012,so there is no one single sharp signal of Chart Formation (especially Double Bottom) at this moment.Please be patient ya~Thanks for Mr Bruce Hain for the reminder for this thread.

To confirm that GJ's direction is going UP in the next few weeks.Check on Monthly Chart.At here we can see a Double Bottom in the end of Downtrend already form completed.


@Here in GJ Weekly Chart: I already set 4 target profit for this Double Double @ Monthly Chart.In this case , i will set my 2nd price target as my profit (You also can use your own method of take profit to win BIG!)
