GBP/CAD

Today our Algorithm signaled GBP/CAD short. We ended up closing the trade at Breakeven +0 Pips.

It appears we were on the right side of the trade, however just a bit early... See the chart below. You will see that many of our trades that do not
work out, eventually go our way. However we feel it is too much risk to stay in the market "waiting" for price to turn, therefore we exit the position, and await a re-entry.

We are more concerned and focused on controlling the Downside (# of Pips at risk)

As you can see from our thread, our main focus in on protecting the downside, while hoping for the upside to get bigger in winning positions.

We want to be as transparent as possible, so I wanted to show you 2 losing trades that fell outside our 1000 trade average. Our average losing trade will fall anywhere between 10-15 pips over the course of 1000 trades. So, although the trades yesterday stung a little, and took us back to close to breakeven for the month, future losing trades will even out the average over time.

Also, considering the magnitude of the 2X to 3X losses yesterday, our winners still outproduce our losing trades hands down.

Both trades occurred yesterday: NZD/USD, AUD/USD

AUD/USD = 25 pip loss

NZD/USD = 31 pip loss

Our Members took the EUR/USD trade long on Friday...

Up as much as 60 Pips today.
