Oh, I should mention: I use a Razor account myself for scalping. I also use a Standard account.

Actually, the algo trading journal I have (currently linked in my signature) includes a link to one of my Standard accounts being tracked at MyFXBook. It's more of an experimental account, since I'm entirely new to writing EAs and such, so it doesn't have the largest of balances... but I figured I'd point it out since execution and trading on it has been comparable--if not the same--as the Razor account that I use for scalping.

I believe a few regulars of this thread also use Standard accounts.

1. About the different between STANDARD Account and RAZOR Account :

as i read that the "ECN RAZOR Account" it's spread range average 0.1 pips - 1 pips ( say average 0.6 ) and Commission Charges USD 3.76/ 1 Lot
so, it's total paid for 1 lot = 0.6...

Many people including myself have experienced false price spikes and slippage with their edge account so be very very careful with them.

Not sure about islamic accounts.. I think not, but you'd have to ask them.
Provide evidence to support this claim.
I scalp all day with Pepperstone and have not experienced false price spikes or slippage issues that have caused me concern.

If I was a cynical individual I may believe you were biased and your allegiance resides with a competing FX operation.

Yeah that “thingy” sucks. I don’t use it. But pretty sure there is no fix for it. Unless Jack has something…

Did you contact them about it?

My wires sometimes took 2-3 days max, usually 24h from Canada.
