Still Basketting

Kos

I can tell you that It has been an hard task to stay aside from this nicely trending Market..
It’s funny to see some new basket traders grabbing hundreds of pips while we stay in a corner
Frankly I don’t know if I’ll be able to keep my fingers away from the keyboard for the next week,lol

But we still could use this no trading period to improve our profitable method.


And now some food for thought ..

This is mainly for the newbies=
As Experienced Basket Traders we all know that Basket is strictly correlated to GBPJPY pair,see the screenshot below,
you can see how GBPJPY(orange color) has been moving in the last 9 months,and yes,the green line is the Basket.

Now please apply the “Overlay chart” indi to your #kos14# H4 chart and watch the last 3 weeks compared to EURUSD..
Do you see something strange on the chart???

Yes, its hard to be on the sideline. But I will try,
coming week I will format my PCs, arrange the accounts
and have discussions.

Then by 7th jan. i'll fire the EAs. Then let the market do its thing.
if a trend has started before then. i can join in safely.
But till then holidayMode = true

while in the waiting mode, I was using the back testing indicator by Paradox thank you very much Paradox!
back-tested 7 years on Daily TF, surprisingly 2.15.2.15 is not as profitable as 2.9.2.9.

Not everybody would have the money to trade the Daily TF anyway but for those who can these data should be of interest. If I have a starting balance of 50k. I will consider basketting on the Daily TF. Trading at that realm would bring a lot of peace of mind and peace in the pocket, time to be involved in other things. Just track the main world economic events that could change main trends.

The result is without add-on, the same lot size for the 7 years, taking all trades without discretion, and no BE.

And I believe the same thing would be true for 4HR TF if the correct HAS setting is applied.
