I am done for the week - up 140 pips with 3 positions now at BE. I guess Santa doesn't leave a lump of coal in my wifes stocking after all. Merry Christmas to all and a joyous time for the rest of the week.

Yeah ! I think January 2 before I do anything more. I will keep tabs on SSBO to see what happens in these few very light days but hey, we do need to take a break.

First i would like to thank you all for sharing your system and your ideas.

I did my homework and now ready to jump into the boat...

I will not post anything until it has something valuable to share. So many things have already been said, so many pictures, and the system in itself is so well defined... ("so easy it's hard !")

Wish you a merry christmas and a happy new year.

And maybe in two years i'll be a millionnaire... I'll keep a diary and if that's true, i will post it here, like a story. I am sure this forum will survive next two years !

Hi,

Starting with 1000$, 2 years and 15% per week makes anybody a millionnaire. Maybe too ambitious ? Maybe not.
Trading multiple independent pairs spreads the risk.

I will have to be patient and, like a hunter, wait for the good time for trading.

I will the use multiple SSBO indicators but will keep trading manual, not taking every CZ, sometimes using the Dow theory as stop loss management, and sometimes taking reversal opportunities.

An EA will never be able to integrate impredicable events. Example : when Berlusconi says it will come back to politics, the EURUSD pair fall suddently and during three days. You cannot program that.

And remember what FXH says, you only have to be above 50% success to be profitable !

Not trading live until next year but here is my chart for today showing 100% trade set wins and 79% individual trades based on a 20 day period. Not too bad!! I spend a lot more time playing with the stats than in the market and that time is well spent.

I am always in frame of mind that shoot as high as you can and if you reach 50% less then your target then that is still amazing achievement.
2k 10% a month is 900k in 5years.
Just don't over-leverage your account and remember its a turtle race.

These can be so good advices for newbies !

And, by the way, i didn't trade since the begining of the week : i should have ! i would have made two good trades with SSBO !
