Nah, Jack is on the up'n'up. He just likes to type a lot for some reason. And he likes to debate/correct stuff, it helps him learn new stuff when someone corrects him back. Especially when it is someone like you who seems well knowledged in this area. He means well. Plus, he posts in other broker threads he supports as well. He just has a bigger thing for Pepper.

Don’t see a reason for Pepper pretending that Jack is not a representative while he is. But you are right, a lot of brokers out there do use misleading tactics to pull you in and screw you over even more after. I guess it is up to us to do our own due diligence and not rely too much on what one person may say. Pretty sure it is not the case here. Been PMing with Jack for quite a while now and nothing so far would suggest that. Don’t think he could get in any trouble for posting this way, others do the same elsewhere. But you never know...

I'm no sycophant and have no reason to defend Jack as he is ably capable of defending himself.
I think we should be thankful for the time and effort Jack spends on this pepper thread.
Yes, Jack himself says he does have a little selfish motive for spending time here. Who doesn't. Still doesn't have to assist like he does.
I wouldn't spend half the time responding to some of the inane lazy questions that get asked in this thread and on this board. Language barriers aside.

Pepper does spot pairs, as well as gold and silver.

At one point there was a referring service by pepper to another brokerage that does equity and index CFDs, but I can't find it on their website anymore so I think they cut it out.

Put frankly, index CFDs are quite costly to trade when compared to the underlying futures. The spread is usually wider on the CFD side and financing costs are quite high. So I personally don't like them very much. . .

(edit: I know someone already answered "no" but I take any chance I can get to jab at index/share CFDs.)
Whats up with Pepperstones' budget website. The page expaining Edge technology seems to have New Zealand missing in the world map picture! Its like forgetting to include the UK on a world map as they are about the same size.

LOL.. you got a point, NZ isn't there. Why not send them a note about it? I bet they'll be appreciative of the tip.

I find their website to be pretty good otherwise.. not nearly as bad as some others when it comes to design. Navigational menu could be sorted a bit better but overall it's pretty good.
