Risk Reward Ratio - is it really the safest way to gain money?
In this case I don't look at a risk-reward ratio of 1:2 or 1:3 or so.
The focus is on the deposits. This EURUSD 0.01 Lot Short Order at 1.2455 (this broker say 0.1) could go in the counterpart direction easily 10 times more (~1.3455) with a 850.-$ Deposits. If so additional payments of 1 x 0.1 Lot more could be invested easily. Moreover I can counterbalances this trade several times ad interim. The market price movements don't turn on a risk reward ratio of 1:2. This is cheat! I favor taking additively wins here and there and won't wait if the win would generate a risk reward ratio of 1:2 or so. Many a little makes a mickl! (By way of illustration: look at the gradual wins in #1885, please).
