markets will be like this for the next 2 to 3 weeks because of Xmas holidays. A lot of traders do not trade during this period due to low volume. In particular be cautious with NZD pairs, they can jump 1000 pips in one day.

ok thanks astral, i've friend that he don't trade at december, like your said it's low volume. but maybe with scalp we can take little by little pip

with eu and gu pair i'm not yet find good set up that profit consistant,
i'm not trade nzd pair..

I downloaded your set file with BigE`s setting H4 with addition of Hanover filter D1. Will keep it running till end of January to see how it does (since the rest of December is pretty unpredictable.

I was wondering what the Hanover display lines signify. If you have already explained this I would be most grateful if you could point me to the right direction. Moreover, I was wondering if it is not too much hassle if it is possible to delete the rest of the code and just leave the Hanover bit in, so in effect it becomes a display indicator. Because I use Hanover a lot in my manual trades. If you do not have time I understand.

This is what we needed. Now let's make a record for 6-12 months and depending on the results we can all trade wise money by choosing the right setfiles.

I'm still waiting for the downgrades for my trades to take off...
It's pretty boring and gets you anxious (watching the charts) around this holiday time, but after January 3rd, we'll see everything much clearer.

IF we don't get the downgrades (as we didn't see during london session today), it makes sense that some big shorting positioners might take profits and that's why we still see some momentum to the upside (actually we see everything mixed) because we know that unless we change something big (or start monetazing debt) we ain't going out of the current situation.

In my opinion the ECB will print with a German green light when we start seeing some deflation (So, yeap, I'm still bearish on risky assets), and that could be around middle 1Q of 2012, but I guess we'll need to wait for it.

About the FOMC, the US is showing signs of recovery so they are not planning to step in and help any european soon.

I think we're getting the rating results if not at the Asian session, at the london open. And if not, there's some corruption behind then.
Hi guys

I just spotted another problem with this EA. Placed an order inside of a candle, even if the 'candle close 5EMA' is active.
The Ea placed this buy order inside of a very active candle, that was initially blue, turned to red and closed red. It puzzles me that it didn't placed the order at the end of the previous candle(beginning of this one) that was also blue(and before was a red one)

I understand that 'candle close' means that the candle needs to be closed in order to validate all others filters.

Exactly, the candle closes, and a new one opens, and since Heiken Ashi candles look in a different way, it buys/sells the first quote that might look in the middle of the opened candle.

I have attached a Hanover bar graph indicator, there is a VeticalOffset so you can move it up or down the right side of the chart. It will only show the first Hanover Time Frame you have listed, this is all I can do for now. Put it in the indicators folder.

About Gold: Don’t Panic!!!

This post is adapted from analysis which appeared last week in The Strategic Planning Group.
For those of us watching the gold markets—that is, those of us anticipating the collapse of the euro and the eventual collapse of the dollar—the last week has been a scary ride: Gold has fallen over 8.6%, from a high of $1,730 on December 7 to $1,580 on December 14.

WTF???, I can practically hear everyone say. The fundamentals would point to gold being a safe haven play—it should not be falling: If anything, it ought to be rising.

But a fall of 8.6%? In a week?

The first thing that pops into my head is, Don’t Panic!!

The second thing that pops into my head is, This is to be expected—and is only a temporary pullback.

Let’s take the second notion first: The reason the fall in gold is to be expected—and the reason it might well fall further—is because of the euro.

i opened a "Trade Explorer" here on FF, so you can view my Trades, im only using this EA "Experts ToolBox" i kept the lots & profits hidden because it's not important, what counts is the win/loss ratio in PIPS

so Jacob your Idea is good, this will be easier for you, now you can keep track of everyones Trades

we can add multiple Live or Demo Accounts, if some are testing other EA's or other setups with other brokers (just click on your name and look on the top/left side bar)

also look above where Forums / Calendar / News / Markets / Trade (beta) you'll see other users using this function and theres a lot of live accounts

i'm currently testing with 1 Demo Broker only since my always on PC can't take to much stress

When I was saying in the middle of the candle, I was saying in the minute 7 or 8 in a 15 min candle and well away from its starting point.

And i have the same problem with invalid stops that drives me nuts. This time I removed the EA from every pair... and ... i don't know who manages the trades now and still get the error messages.

I'm frustrated because i don't know what routine is trying to move the stop. In the last 2 days my EA managed to enter in some good setups, and stopped out because "something" is trying to move the stop after every pip. My broker doesn't let me move the stops if the price is closer than 10 pips from the price action. This is one reason of the error, but i really don't know what moves my stops, because i removed everything related to that and still get that error.

Can anyone have a look at that AUdUsd Set?

What i can see just by looking at the screenshot is the "JumpingStop" causing the problem and by viewing the set file the Breakeven is set at 10 pips difference from the JS... try to change the "Breakeven" pips to 15 and put the "Jumpingstop" a bit higher like at 35/40 basically try having 15/20 pips difference between both settings above instead of 10 pips.

or just Remove Both and use "TrailingStop" or "CandleTrailStop" much easier IMO
