No store cause there is nothing to sell but you are always wellcome Kevin
Hi cobraforex,

"have in store" is a American phrase for "what are you going to do next".

As English is not your native language I thought I would just point it out. I certainly mean no offense. I just did not know if you knew. because of your for sale statement

Hi Cobraforex..

At first glance this system looks very impressive on the shorter time frames. I would appreciate it if you would answer a few questions. Looking at the attached 5 minute chart are the entries candles at points 1,2,3 and 4 correct? According to your rules I think they are. The only thing that may keep you from taking trades 2,3 and 4 is the Hall MA is yellow and some what flat at points 5 and 6. I know you mentioned the Hall MA being yellow for a prolong period of time might signal a choppy market but I'm not sure if you would consider this a choppy market on a 5 minute chart.

My other question has to do with using the Hall MA. In the past I have seen a few systems that us the Hall MA and it looks great, painted green for up and red for down, but in real time the Hall MA repaints for maybe 2 candles before it actually sets the trend color...which will put you in the trade way too late. Now when you go back and look at the Hall MA after the fact it looks like it gave you a buy/sell signal on the exact candle that signaled the trade entry. So does this Hall MA repaint and how many candles need to close before it sets and doesn't repaint? This would be a critical thing to know if you're going to use this on 1, 5 or 15 minute time frames to trade.

I'm going to give this a go starting on Monday and I'll report back with my results.

Hi Profi..

I understand the issue with the 5 and 6 digit brokers. The issue is with the Hall MA itself, it typically shows you one thing, maybe green line for 2 candles and then when the next candle closes as a bear candle 9red candle) it will repaint the last 2 segments of the line from green to red. So if you went long based on that signal you would now be trading in the wrong direction. I am not sure if Cobra has resolved this issue or has come up with some other solution.

Hello Ozziedave,

maybe it's better to put the L THV back on your Charts. There is no entry on color change. And the name comes from Alan Hull, the creator of the Hull MA.

I Jake..

Yes, I see the entry criteria on the chart, so Hall MA color change is not a main driver to enter. I did read where Cobra says something about the Hall MA being yellow and the market being choppy. I would still like to get his feedback on that part of my question.

Don’t worry my friend; I knew exactly what you were talking about, I was living in Miami almost 4 years.
I only answered in that form because there are other non English visitors in the thread and they might translate on a language software and think this is a commercial thread.

Hi Ozzidave
If this would be a 1M chart I would probably not taken trade 3 because of the reasons you already mentioned, good work, you was reading all instructions I see.

That trade took too long to get the rules in order and we might catch the end of it taking the trade.
I trigger the entrance in 1M, that gives me the opportunity to see in 5M how things are going, if the parameters will get filled on 5M I would probably stay in the trade set SL in profit and let it run.
My trading style is scalping, that means that I normally TP after no more than max 15Min but if the trend is strong enough I stay in sometimes some hours.
I’m scalping but I found out that it works well on higher TF’s as well. This we should try to confirm during the time in this thread.
I’m not watching the hull too much, knowing that it repaints, but it give us several signals on the strength of the movements.

In your chart is missing the COG THV indicator that will be important later when I explain the trades. Please activate it.

Thanks and come back soon

I would not use an alert indicator for T3, the agua line, price will touch it almost ever and you will get crazy with the time.

Just my idea

If you are looking for a Trendline alert, here is the best universal one it give alert on FIB, TL, HL and Rectangles, you can setup the distance you want to be warned to.

To those of you using the system and those of you thinking about it, I have observed precisely what cobra is talking about. When the rules come together, close to the same time, these trades tend to have the best potential for the most success. I myself do not take a trade every time just because it fits the rules. Be conservative and you will typically expose yourself to less risk.

Let me explain one trade on AUD, it is my favorite after the E/U pair.

Price retrace on oversold area, red RSI, the parameters to enter a trade are filled but it is almost obvious that it came down because was oversold, now PA don’t go further up, stays a moment in the cloud to finally go further down and complete the THV rules, that is a perfect entrance. If you observe it well, it is also a shampoo (H&S) setup.

TP on candle color change because the price was closed to the daily Pivot point, usually we wait for cross of the agua colored T3, that are exceptions.

Here I want to show my other screens

1rst has the EUR/JPY and USD/CHF pairs on it, they are important correlation pairs for the EUR/USD and what happens there is likely to happen with the E/U, the CHF/USD moves reversal.

2nd screen shows the main pair, in this case the E/U in the TF’s 5M, 15M, 1H and 4H,that give us an excellent overview of the bigger picture.

Also you can observe smaller charts of gold and crude oil, which are important for E/U movements most times.
