You can do your own trading if you are profitable. Or use a managed account. I have several making over 36% a year with little drawdowns. I stopped going for managed accounts making over 100% a year since they usually encounter huge drawdowns.

you could also consider a timed stop loss... you exit a trade if it doesn't go in your direction for a specific time period.
