I am starting to see it. Still a little fuzzy on what to do when the first hedge doesn't work out but instead reverses. Under a worst case scenario, what is the maximum number of trades that will be open at one time? Thanks.

Okay, I'll bite: So you are talking about a broker that charges a commission rather than a spread? I think it would be good but it depends on the size of the commission. Do you have one in mind?

From my experience with other systems, the shift will change as soon as I put live money on it. Interesting phenomenon though.

I think we both have the same problem. I have not been able to get it to trade with my broker who has uses 4 digits after the decimal rather than the 5 digits this was programmed for. I left it running all week without any trades.

What if there are several hooks that approach the s/r level but don't hit it? does that make the level void because there is no longer a smooth parabola approaching the level? You can see in my attached chart.

You could use the USDX for your s/r lines. Using a basket of USD crosses because they will react together.

You can use this indicator. Attach it to each chart to tell you it's average daily range. There are websites that compare each but I don't have them handy.
