If the OP wants to practice trade on the weekend or whenever then try out url , there are other programs around like it, so do the google thing. I have not tried this plugin out but seems decent.

I do not carry dual citizenship but some countries that I could are not as harsh. Many countries are easy to get dual citizenship and there is no issues, the US gov has loop holes, they are not an airtight ship

Well I think it's worth a shot, if I have a residence in Germany with a photo id and I can prove it and I live in America part of the year and Germany the other then how can they follow that.

I am looking to and Dukascopy is not bad at all, that give us a year at 100:1 and the ability to hedge. GoMarkets could have done better but then again the US controls the world.

Swissquote and a few others start at $1,000 but the spread is harsh if you are a scalper.
