That is a WORD! If it is an ecn you will get filled momentarily at the first price available, it could differ with figures even on major releases... All shall make own conclusions about most of the MT4 ECN brokers.

There is not a broker who will, although there are some extra options such as API which does cost some money but if a particular volume traded there is rebate... You are right, there is no real market where you can trade 100,000, only marketmakers ...
