Since the markets are not moving right now when you scroll or change the scaling you will need to refresh for it to move the lines. Normally this will be automatic on each incoming tick.

ok, now I see it. the int Gipo is inside of the start function, you cannot declare a function inside another function you will get errors. Attached is a corrected version>

the one I have draws boxes on the screen for each session, asia, London and U.S. Not sure if that is what you need but it is one solution.
