This is an old indicator that shows the rolling weekly MA. It is hard-coded for a NYC-time broker. Seems to be working fine on H1 and below charts. I'll leave it up to you to adapt for your specific needs.

Try the attached script...it works on my pc. Depending on the keyboard (and locale) you use, you may need to mess with the date separators logic a little.
