Since we're talking RB3 I'll show my screw-up. The short at the top does look good in hindsight but as you said, hard to hit the button at the time since everything up to that point was so choppy. So missed that fall (including a nice setup on EJ at ...

This is the most painful day I can remember in a long time. A snapshot of the morning on EU RB7. Now who the hell wants to trade that?

Not much action in the thread so here's a chart. I've been trying to focus on trading primarily EU but today I've missed the 3100 continuation and also the extreme entry right at LO near the 3133 level. So having missed those I started to watch EY ...

Unfortunately not. I was in a short that I exited at that point but I got a pretty crap bar over 38 instead of that nice hammer you have. If my chart looked like yours I would have gone for it, especially considering how slow that push down had ...

Nice trade, mate, and definitely right on time. Caught the same one myself. Question is, how long did you hold it for? My take on it was that *if* we dropped from 3118 after such a small retrace we would be confirming a very strong move so could be ...

I decided to take my pips as seen in the TV33 chart. I'm not as confident with the tick volume on EY and might have to adjust from 33 but it was helpful here for the exit. The initial push into 25 didn't give me an ideal place to exit on the tick ...

Possible H4 targets at 107.88 and 107.50. Rather optimistic so something is likely to get me out sooner but if the market insists I will look for those.

EY took off but was difficult to catch initially from the tight cloud. So I waited for the bounce off the April 3rd low and took the LH off 75 with a plan to bail quick if we formed a double bottom. Broke down hard and as I'm looking at this with a ...

We formed a double bottom while oversold on the RB5, so I took my pips for +19. Will look to reload for a further move down if the market would be so kind.

Tick flow trading using the RB5 for the setup. Coloured arrows are ones I've taken, white arrows are ones I missed. Two recent shorts in line with the RB5 trend with the first a BE and the second a bit better. Edit: Broke S1 and held below so ...

If people are looking to experiment with these tick charts here is a way to do so in MT4. 1) Add the two indicators to your Experts>Indicators folder. 2) Put LogTickData on a blank M1 chart 3) Allow the chart to log a few ticks before the next step ...

Thought I would post one last trade today as a demonstration of patience and waiting for the cloud to set up right. It took some time but I finally got rewarded. As you can see prior to the green arrow, the cloud is tight but we don't have any ...

There's nothing wrong with banking +28 on a strong move like that off the level considering it's an excellent R:R play. However, if you do bank pips in what could be a strong trending move you just have to be ready to get back in if it resumes like ...

Here's some recent EJ RB7 trades. I took both the red arrows. The first one I allowed to come back to a bit of drawdown once but when it bounced off 75 again I closed it at BE. Waited a bit and found a better chance to enter the nice trend which EJ ...

Do I trade the news? Not really, but I do trade the reaction to it.

And banked in this 57-64 zone for +40.

And another off the EJ 5RB.

Another opportunity of the 7RB variety on EUR/JPY. Difference this time is that I actually took it. Also a good chance on EU at the same time which helped the outlook.

Out for +28. This has been quite the day so far but it is Friday. Do I keep going if the going's good? Edit: Guess I should have instantly reversed? After all, I did get out for a good reason...

I'm currently short EU from 57 but I thought I would post this EJ setup as well just because it's so damn pretty and currently good for 40+ pips. EU is 5RB and EJ is 7RB.
