I think FF bans people for multiple user accounts. They can probably see IP addresses and figure out if someone has multiple user accounts pretty easily.

Even if it does close as a pin bar it will be a very short one. We generally want the pin bar to be long at least as long as previous bars and we want the nose to protrude away further out. There are two bearish bars right before so a short pin bar ...

Just read through that Ichimolu Wiki. There is a lot of info in there. Really helps in understanding this. Good job to whoever put that together.

I guess I wasn't the only one who got taken out on that GBPUSD signal. I need to pay more attention to round numbers. I think 1.5800 was part of the reason it did not work out.

Here are my two trades for the week. I took the USDJPY even though it did not agree with the daily kumo and lost. EURJPY was a loss as well, I think it was news related. Canceled out my two wins from last week, maybe next week will be better, ...

I have an order sitting at the bottom of the pin, 1.0855. Right now price is right under my trendline so I am waiting to see if it breaks it or not or if it gets past my stop at 1.0920. If it doesn't then I am going to leave my order in and see how ...

I entered on the time frame shown and with the most recent bar. I should have taken another picture of when they closed except it took awhile for them to close and I wasn't watching when they did.

Thanks to everyone who has been working on this. Here are the two trades I took on demo this week. Were these trades that others took? Or rather am I following the system correctly? I put SL on the other side of the kumo and the TP at 1:1. Both of ...

This is a trade I am considering taking. This is GBPJPY. Formed a bullish pin off of 150 with RSI bullish divergence though you may not be able to see it on my chart. I have not taken a J16 style trade for awhile and am planning to demo trade again ...

This is something that really caused me problems a few months ago. If you are going to take multiple trades in pairs that are highly correlated you need to have no doubt you are trading an A++ setup. Even then I would recommend trying to just pick ...

Ugly pin off my PPZ and trendline. Looked kind of like a flag to me so I have been waiting for it to break. This is NZDJPY. AUDJPY had something very similar, but I liked this one better.

In my opinion you should just hold it. That's what I usually do and end up giving up a major portion of my profit. I think that is why I am still a BE trader so it may not be the best advice. I think 1.534ish is an area to watch. There might be some ...

I would guess before 2000ish forex had much lower volume and even fewer speculators. I assume technical analysis as a whole did not work as well for forex before late 90's-2000. It is probably the same way with anything with low volume. Pin bars and ...

No but I'm about to. I had meant to watch that when I was reading it and forgot all about it.

I have been demoing this strategy on FXDD. My live account is IBFX. One thing you could do is IBFX let's you split you account into sub accounts. You can go long in one and short in the other. I have not tried this but I remember getting an email ...

I have a notepad file that I copy and paste what I consider really important points on trading. This is a a really great post though so I'm going to put it in there too. Thanks for sharing this.
