I can't give you the exact trades, but one week made 350+ pips, last week was break even, and this week, I finally ran the EA I wrote, and broke even by accident. All in all not too bad. Weeks like this one are tough, and because I set up the take ...

Indicator — I'm using it quite successfully. I only took the BUY side last week, and took all the profit at 2X, after adding 2 other orders during Monday. I wrote an indicator, and it's attached. Ron(ForexMT4.com)

matrixebiz Here are the completly corrected scripts. Thanks for testing Turns out there was an "off by 1" error in one of the 'for' loops, causing, in this case, NZD to be skipped. Everything works as it should now. Ron(ForexMT4.com)

Yes, I saw it a few minutes ago. Sorry, there is no margin. All the script does is match strings, and place orders. If you could post the EXPERTS tab information for when the script failed, I'll be able to tell you why it failed. You can ...

Yes, there is. And it would be quite a trick to get it to work as an EA, since it's a script. Put it in your /experts/scripts directory, a restart MT4. Ron(ForexMT4)

Look in the EXPERTS tab, and see if it said there was a strong and weak base for each pair you wanted. Post the statrtup messages, and we'll see. You may have made a typo, or you may not have all the pairs on your broker. Ron(ForexMT4)

The scripts know nothing. You have to edit the Pairs, and you have to tell it what the strong pair is. That's the "manually" part of it. Ron(ForexMT4)

If I understand the concept that ES has explained, you take a base that is getting stronger and make long trades on all of it's primary pairs, and short trades on it's secondary pairs. >>how will it know which currency is the -negative currency? The ...

ES, The values in the indicator are based on the time frame of the chart, and ALL HIGHER TIMEFRAMES. So if you put the indicator on, say, M15, it also includes M30 H1 H4 D1 W1 and M1. I modified the code to use just a single timeframe, as a test, ...

Coding question — ES, in the indicator there is this code fragment that confuses me: for(int i = 0; i < limit; i++) { // Preliminary calculation if(EUR) { double EURUSD_Fast = ma(sEURUSD, Fast, MA_Method, Price, i); double EURUSD_Slow = ...

One thing to remember if you're going to a dollar index plan. The USD index measures the performance of the US Dollar against a basket of currencies. The currencies are: EUR, JPY, GBP, CAD, CHF and SEK. Perhaps the original idea is plenty good, as ...

You are correct! IBFX does not have that pair, and thus the IsIBFXMini flag SHOULD correct that problem. It will also need to be corrected in the BUYALL and SELL and CLOSE script as well. I'll work on them. Sorry if my reaction seemed knee-jerk. No ...

Attached are updated SCRIPTS. If you are going to repost these with changes, PLEASE change the name. Poor T101 has enough confusion to deal with without adding scripts that don't work as intended. Ron
