Duke, Very well said. RD is the greatest as he is always willing to give as much as he is able to. I only wish I could absorb all his info. I can't believe I helped RD understand the vForce 5 minute advanced signals and since then he has left me in ...

Hey guys, we need to be careful here. Richboy, if your EA uses VFA, then you need to be aware that Robdee's strategy testing results using time restrictions (06:00 - 08:45, 14:00 - 14:45 and 19:00 - 23:45) were using VFE so would have quite a ...

Hi RD, Thanks for this. I've read it about 5 times now and can't make 100% sense of it. The thing that gets me is they say one of the three main times during the day with momentum is around 10:00 GMT. In my experience, this is often a time when, ...

Dark, This has been caused by the IBFX primary demo server going from 4 digit decimals to 5 digit decimals. Further back along this thread I think Robdee puts up some options to try to revert to a demo2 server that is still 4 digit. However, when I ...

VFR Reversal — Rob, Interested to know how you might have played this scenario today. Short signal bar at 11:30 (GMT), immediately followed by reverssal green bar with fluctuations caused by ECB interest rate not being cut as much as expected ...

VFE retrace signals — Further to this trade, it seems I have been vindicated as the price rose up through what was my SL. Entry at 1.3195 (dark green line), SL at 1.3197 + 35 pips = 1.3232 (red line) which was hit in the 10:00 candle. So using ...

Recent VFE trade — Hi, I just thought I'd share this with you. I put a short trade at 1.3195 i.e. close to the reverse retrace orange label. Once it was on I then looked at the previous PA (obviously should have done this first but I was slow ...

Nimrod, Just like any system, you do not take every signal. You assess it in relation to the recent history. It still comes down to a matter of judgement to some degree and what has been going on. Looking at your trade, it looks like it simply ...

FD, Thanks for taking th time to post your rezsults. Just taking your above quote, I've got two questions. 1) How did you do the advanced vFoce on historical data? It seems like it will only be reliable when you're looking at the chart real-time. 2) ...

Robdee, Thanks again for posting your charts. They are great to learn from. I m wondering if you could tell me whether your fibos are automatically drawn or manually done? If manually, how do you set them up? Many thanks for your help. fb

Hey RD, This looks great. I've followed instructions and in my Experts tab I get two lines: the first is UpdateStops EURUSD M5: loaded successfully, and stright after the same but with 'removed' instead of 'loaded successfully'. Any ideas? I don't ...

Good long — SG, One thing to add may be to add SL size and record whether a trade hits your SL or you exit before it hits it. Can give you help analysing your stop losses but also ensuring you don't exit too hastily. fb

Thanks for posts — Vantage, thanks for posting your chart. Excellent stuff though I think trade A might have been risky being so close to OS on Stochs. fb
