Now, my account manager dipped into this issue with other team and explained that, it's because their liquidity provider gave them this spike and meantime their system or platform failed to filter this out. Still I'm not so sure about what this ...

I'm not sure about XAG's terrible spike above; but the XAU's spike did hit my stoploss. what I mean is, in theory, they should not hit because there's no such price data on international market. anyone else have any idea on such issue?

Recently I also found the slippage is ALWAYS there when using MARKET order, negative direction to trader, so now I only enter with STOP or LIMIT orders.
