If the GU hourly chart stays firm near the current level or fluctuates in higher-high and higher- low fashion, then a breakout for the daily and weekly charts would be more likely, IMHO.

Perhaps due to the market makers chasing the stops (I'm sure a lot of sell stops placed near 1.4320 technical support level for this chart); or SNB played a little trick to punish the short sellers. You may see similar moves in other pairs from time ...
