It's called magic — I use a screen capture software called SnagIt. Captured the M5 chart, crop + copy + paste over the M30 capture. Then I put a red rectangle around the M5 crop for better visibility

Anybody got this one? First decent base on that drop from March 9th. Visible on M5.

Wise or not, the trade ended up in a loss In the past I also had some stupid trades very profitable, so this is not really a good metric in trading. My bet was on the bullish momentum & a fresh demand level on M30. The bulls seems to be in ...

Thanks for the nice tutorial Ken! Looking back at that swap and my trade I can see now that the spike through the demand level (even if my SL was not hit) was a warning sign that the long might not make it and I should have looked to exit if not to ...

AUDUSD M30 Demand — Price near Demand. I have a buy order but is not filled yet. The demand is a Drop-Base-Rise.

I have the demand on my chart but decided not to place an order because I didn't liked the 50+ pips base and the way price crawled into that level. Looks like you got a nice move up. How you plan to manage it?

AUDUSD supply — There is that supply zone on AUDUSD M30-H1, which looks promising. The price tried to reach that level in (1) but didn't made it inside the supply zone. So there might be alot of orders left in that zone. If price will reach ...

I think your supply level is not fresh. But if you really want to trade it, maybe you should rise your SL above the BEOB from the previous supply level. See chart.

TradingSD, When I look for a base I look for a candle formation that looks like a BRICK or a group of candles that I could wrap in a horizontal rectangle. Small wicks and comparable bodies. Perfect "BRICKS" don't happen very often but I take also ...

2 live trades — These are 2 live trades I took: Sell GBPUSD & AUDUSD. Big picture: Bearish trend (or a maybe a beginning of a bearish trend). Both pairs presented LL-HL-LL-HL sequences. For GBPUSD analysis see post #2503. I've identified very ...

SELL GBPUSD trade closed at BE.
- hcristea replied Feb 13, 2012
Live trade followup — Price has reached the first demand area and I moved the SL to BE. If my analysis on higher time frames is correct then there is a good chance we will see lower prices. So I decided to keep the price to BE and see if price ...

The sell is activated. Lets see if it works. The plan is to move to BE if price reaches 1.5795 because I expect lower prices. After that we will see how I will act depending on the PA in that area.

GBPUSD — Next week on GBPUSD I expect to see the price move lower. On the bigger TF (Daily) price has reached the bottom of a weekly supply zone and Friday has closed lower than the previous 8 days. I believe that the bullish momentum has ...

Hi TSD, I don't have a rule to draw the S&D zones. I guess I'm using my intuition here, but I try to identify the "box" where the price is being held before it breaks out. Then I expand that box by adding several pips up and down which includes the ...

AUDUSD trade of a tight fresh demand. — Here's a nice AUDUSD trade taken from a fresh demand (swap level). Looking at the daily chart I see the daily supply level being touched for the 3rd time and this time the price arrived slowly to it. ...

Missed by a whisker huh? What I learned with this method is to be generous with entries & SL, especially when trading fast TFs. Rewards of 4 times the risk are very common and if you pick the zones right, this method has a very high win rate. ...

At firsts, those spikes told me that there is still supply a bit lower than the marked supply zone. Some demand was absorbed by that supply but it seems a lot was still present. The bulls have a strong momentum. Demand is great but there are more ...

Seems like the demand is too strong and price is going up consuming the current supply. The sell ended with a small loss. Another SELL was activated on the Fresh Supply and I closed it manually for little profit. Now I have another sell an an ...

My sell stop activated when price touched the Supply zone. Lets see how it goes. I have another sell at the Fresh Supply above.
