I would consider only UK FCA regulated brokers to keep your money safe. Among UK brokers I would consider LMAX, Tickmill, Activ and ETX. Hope this helps.

I would argue that any UK FCA regulated broker is fine, including Tickmill. I would for sure avoid Cypriot and even Australian brokers as you do not have any deposit insurance in place. Cyprus has something in place but everybody knows that it is ...

It's a bit strange that WTI contract value is just 1 barrel. So in order to have the same amount like 1 NYMEX WTI futures contract you would need to open 1000 Tickmill WTI contracts.

I would personally go with either US or UK based brokers. When it comes to US then Interactive Brokers. As to UK then I would take a look at FXCM, Tickmill or IG Markets.

Not sure as I use services of Vultr. Comes with a cost of course. Let us know how it goes with their VPS.

They offer Interactive Brokers' TWS platform. Wanted to test but no chance i see. Anybody know who else offers TWS besides Interactive Brokers?

JSE TOP 40 or South Africa JTOPI index is offered by Tickmill. I wonder who delivers the liquidity as not many players have access to JSE's futures contracts.

All UK brokers should be fine as the funds are safe. I would view the spreads/commissions at myfxbook and then decide.
