There is no way the GDP number can be as bad as the US one. even with in line or slightly worse data USDCAD is going to 1.06 if not lower after data.

short term this pair is going to 1.03 fast and straight. just take a look at the chart and try to explain the fast run-up from 1.03 to 1.12? If you can't explain it then there is no reason this shouldnt be at 1.03 right now.

CAD is showing strength against all other currencies, USDCAD should be sell biased for now. Again, fundamentally there is no reason for USDCAD to go up at all.
