Sell order must be closed by Ask price. You don't see usually this price on the graph (except the situation when you turned on the Ask graph). If the spread is wide, it can be tricky.

Also fixed spreads can be very attractive for newbies. It's easier to count your profit in this way. I guess dynamic spreads are more for the advanced traders. However, they reflect market situation far better.
