Sounds good I am not sure about the legal aspects though I do belive they are governed by state so I would have to check to see that it could be done in Nevada.

Why can't you just trade as an individual and pay your 15% capital gains tax? I have not been able to find anything on a 15% Capital Gains tax for Trades either, so please do share if know something Warmagus.

Well depending on what broker you use you can do back testing with metatrader. I use interbank fx and they offer this free even on demo accounts. So you even if you like your broker you could open a demo to run back tests. Hope that helps
