Yes. There will be instances where the H1 has a long bar up already and the averages have already crossed upwards. But towards the last 15 mins of the hour, it is creeping down. So, looking at the 15M, you'll see that it hasn't crossed upwards.

Thanks Tar. I will try Chrome. I usually use Firefox. Will also reduce the number of quotes on the list at one time and see what happens. Did you use any other broker? Noted on the the fake spikes with other brokers.
