I use Oanda, which is instant execution for me. However, I trade on a mini-account 50:1 with orders that are under 200 units most times. Gold, I trade at 1-2 units. Silver, I trade at 1-50 units. GBP, I trade at 10-200 units. EUR, I trade at 10-200 ...
