Frpm the Oanda chart, it looks to me like one month to 2 years ago EURGBP was negatively correlated to GBPUSD, but in the last week it was neutral.

this is pretty interesting. According to my reading of the chart with correlations for EURGBP, EURGBP is mildly positively correlated to EURUSD, and neutral with reference to USDCAD, but negatively correlated to AUDUSD, EURCHF, EURJPY, GBPUSD, ...

With reference to USDCHF, I think it is clear that it will almost always be contrary to EURUSD, so it only makes sense to trade USDCHF contrary to EURUSD when you are trading a basket which contains EURUSD. And this was mentioned before post #896. ...
