Great play! I'm curious if you find returns this sort of equity play to be significantly higher than the rotation / pullback plays on FX? I guess the downside is that leverage isn't readily available, especially for small cap stocks.

Starting the week getting back into it after a work-mandated hiatus from trading. Hope you're all wwell! Looks like I missed one on USDCAD: image And another on EURGBP: image

Nice! Are you watching the futures for order flow?

Ah okay, just a little confused because you said “A grade weakness is the main bread and butter play in my book (80% of all FX/equity gains coming from that play), very important play to learn.” in the post with the PDFs?

Thanks for these. Just went through them all a couple of times, some really good stuff in here. I note that these seem to be written more with equities in mind - just wondering if there are any special considerations or idiosynracies that you would ...

So what I’m getting at is that the DAX’s price or value is not defined by people trading the DAX itself. It’s defined by the prices of the 30 top German companies. With that in mind, when it moves it’s because the 30 underlying companies’ share ...

I’m curious, and maybe my understanding is unclear, but isn’t trading indexes counterintuitive? I mean, the instrument is tied to an underlying aggregate of share prices. Or is this instrument more of a derivative market that tracks but does not ...

So the reason I went with 1.4000 was more about the cost of entry. As in, with the broker I’m using, there’s a March 21 expiry put at 1.3400, but that’s priced at 513 = ~$5130 for 1 put. The 1.4000 put with June expiry was ~$800. My thinking was ...

Some great plays there on the Cable Janpec - riding it up and down. Wish I had more time this week to watch the market, too much on the plate at work. Hopefully be able to hop back on more next week. I’ve picked up a couple of calls on the pound ...

Thanks - is that speaking from experience, or is there something in the PA that reveals the underling state of the market?

Yeah, she had finished though when it whipsawed. I guess flow-on impacts. -- USDCAD was a good one, missed the initial takeout. AUDNZD about to go for it.

Wild swings. Edit: Big coin being dropped? Maybe institutions positioning themselves for tomorrow's Brexit vote. image Edit: AUDNZD developing.

So initial entry around 1.5943 sound about right?

AUDCAD rotation possible, but might just be a continuation move, next few minutes will say. Edit: Possible B-grade forming? Not a very strong rejection of the highs. image Edit: EURAUD

Nice bounce, hope you got some R’s!

AUDUSD, maybe not A grade.

Just curious in this - if you had been watching during takeout, would you have taken an entry on break of first supply, or would you have waited until the second layer broke - considering how close they are together?

Nice! I was just reviewing some of my demo trades with your approach over the last week and did find myself a little confused on telltale signs to differentiate market bottom rotations and pullback continuation plays. In *some* cases, it feels like ...
