It's great to see you posting at Forex Factory. I'm still relatively new trading forex but I have heard only good thing about you. I'm sure you can find the kind of traders that you need for your book. I don't know how big their trading accounts are ...

In my experience, I'd say 50% of English speakers spell that word "looser", and the other 50% "loser" at least as I see on the internet. And one other word people mix up is "than" and "then". When we see these misspellings, we know those most likely ...

No, not related at all.

Yeah, I agree. Normally, unless that someone who leaves negative comments has extensive experience with the very topic of the thread, it does not add anything to the thread...it makes people tired of protecting the thread and forget about discussing ...

I'm pleasantly surprised to see many big name posters giving positive opinions in this thread. Although the science has developed considerably in the last couple of hundreds years, we have barely scratched the surface of what really is out there. ...

It's easy to dismiss his idea but why don't we give it a little more thought? If a system gives wrong signals more than 90% of the time where SL = TP + spread Hmm wait...does it have to be SL = TP + 2 x spread to make it reversible for this purpose? ...

You'd probably find one in the EA Factory thread in the Forex Discussion Forum.

Do you mean the EA does not take any trade or it does take trades but does not make pips? Have you ever used any EA before? Either way, you may want to post your version of Mouteki EA so that we can help you better.

The idea of using 1H chart to better time entries is logically sound but after analyzing it a bit on past data, I had to realize the Mouteki method by default would not always give you good entries at the best timing thus making it less meaningful ...

I really appreciate your comment. Thank you Horace, and same to you!

BB conspiracy! — I have a terrible feeling that the forex market of today is moved by just what Bloomberg says...no matter how irrational to traders who are not listening to Bloomberg they are. Today's retail sales was one and the revision on ...

I believe it had a lot to do with the fact that having a near-dead neighbor (insolvent and starving) right next to Japan was strategically very dangerous to the survival of Japan. You have to look at the history in relation to the situation the ...

You think exactly like Koreans. Are you really an American? If what you call the well-documented atrocities include what you see in books such as " The Rape of Nanjing" where it's filled with a bunch of composite photos and disinformation, then you ...

This is a bit off-topic but this kind of statement cannot be ignored, especially if it came from a respected member like you. Japan colonized Korea from 1910 to 1945. This much is true but the other things you listed are simply not true. Japanese ...

I apologize if I offended you with my LOL. If you wish to trade the Mouteki method blindedly, then I guess it's good for you. As I said earlier, it is my wish that this thread is used for what is relevant to this thread. I'd appreciate your ...

I'm glad I could help you understand it. I wasn't the one who posted the chart though.

Let me try to help you a bit. Firstly, a 4H candle tells you 4 things: opening price, closing price, highest price, and lowest price in the 4-hour time period you are refering to. ______________________________________________________________ Let's ...
- spartan replied Oct 7, 2006
LOL outside of the world of religion, your argument is a fallacy. Have you ever considered the fact that there can be only four kinds of 4H charts in terms of candle formation (except the possible difference in the first and last few hours of ...

I think what we should do here is to try to get the best of both 1H and 4H timeframes. If you use the 20-hour high/low of 1H candles, that would be equivalent to using the high/low of five 4H candles thus gives you the same trendline as 4H chart. ...
