I am trading with Pro ECN most of the times with 0.1 - 0.5 and I haven't noticed any slippage I will chek with 0.01. Most of the time the spread is 0.01 + 4$ commision (per lot) = 0.4 pips. And this looks expensive to you?

I think you should ask your broker for explanation. Your orders should be triggered at the first available prices around 134.00 for EUR/JPY and 1.0990 for EUR/USD (if there isn't some special announcement regarding the current market conditions)
