Still amazes me why anyone would trade what they think will happen or what someone says to do, instead of what price is doing.

EZ is trying to make it "look" like something it isn't. There is really no way Greece won't default. The job of the EZ Finance peeps is toi make it look orderly. In the meantime E/U will continue to rise.

Bid-to-cover over 2 this morning in Spanish auctions, so it looks as if ECB was very active and it paid off with more optimism in the markets. EUR currency bid as well.

When carry trades sell off it can be quick...like today. Noone wants to pay interest when they can earn interest. Buying could be just as quick.

Buy the pair when intervention occurs and buy again and again. Any currency that relies on intervention is a very easy play.
