A Sydney truck driver who racked up a $60,000 bill after refusing to pay tolls for 15 years has been fined in court. Mark Wearne, from the city's south west, has refused to cough-up the NSW Government fees and was charged with multiple counts of failing to pay a toll. Today he was ordered to pay $1104 for six infringements. And while he said he'll pay the court fines – he will continue not paying for tolls.
