USD/CAD Canadian Dollar Stable After US Debate and OPEC Meeting

The Canadian dollar is lower versus the greenback as oil prices are falling after comments from the Organization of the Petroleum Exporting Countries (OPEC) meeting in Algiers have put the oil output freeze out of the short term. The CAD touched 6 week lows caught between lower commodity prices and a stronger U.S. dollar but it is moving to trade under the 1.32 price level.
