The leading indicator of the CPI annual variation stood at -0.1 % in August, five tenths higher than that recorded in July The annual rate of HICP flash is -0.3 % The estimated CPI in August 2016 annual inflation is -0.1 % , according to the leading indicator compiled by the INE . This indicator provides a preview of CPI , if confirmed , would be a increase of five tenths in the annual rate , since in July this change was -0.6 %.
