The Spanish service sector continued its strong start to the year in February, with rates of expansion in activity and new business remaining sharp. With workloads increasing, companies took on extra staff at the strongest pace since November 2007 and busi ness optimism hit an 11 - year high. Falling fuel costs led to a second successive monthly drop in input prices, while companies continued to lower their charges.
