Tomorrow we get the last set of monetary policy decisions from the European Central Bank, announced at 12.45 p.m. GMT. President Mario Draghi is also up for a press conference, which kicks off 45 minutes later. Since the last meeting, a lot of European economic data has gotten worse, and it wasn't that pretty before anyway.
