Yellen to address financial stability as concerns grow about impact from Fed policy

Federal Reserve Chairwoman Janet Yellen is set to discuss financial stability on Wednesday as observers worry that the Fed’s exit from its easy monetary policy stance will roil markets. Yellen will speak at 11:00 a.m. Eastern at the International Monetary Fund’s first annual central banking lecture named for former IMF chief Michel Camdessus. Yellen will then sit down for a conversation with IMF current managing director Christine Lagarde. At the moment stock markets have been range-bound with low volatility.
