German ZEW Indicator - Economic Expectations Decline
Economic Expectations for Germany have worsened in May 2014. The ZEW Indicator of Economic Sentiment has decreased by 10.1 points and now stands at a level of 33.1 points (historical average: 24.7 points). "The decline of the experts’ economic expectations for Germany should be seen against the backdrop of a strong economic development in the first quarter of 2014. Already, there are indications that Germany will not be able to maintain this fast pace of growth.
